Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of hot or cold water (200-250 ml). Stir well until the powder is fully incorporated. Take once a day, preferably at midday or in the afternoon (between meals or before a main meal). Stay hydrated by drinking at least 1.5 L of water daily. You can take up to three sachets per day.
