Once you've made your decision, we'll customize and organize your trip.
- Video call with Soraya: We'll arrange a video call for you to meet Soraya, your right-hand person who will personally accompany you throughout your stay in Turkey. She will explain the protocols and answer any final questions you may have, creating a bond of trust from the very first minute.
- Scheduled Appointments: Together, we'll find the dates that best fit your schedule for the procedure.
- Booking and Flights: Soraya will guide you through the simple steps to complete your reservation. We'll arrange your round-trip flight from Spain (or your home country) and secure your appointment at the clinic. You don't have to worry about anything else!
Travel Day and VIP Welcome
The day has arrived. Your only mission is to catch your flight safely. We'll take care of the rest.
- Airport Pickup: As soon as you land at Istanbul Airport, one of our Spanish-speaking interpreters will be waiting for you .
- Private Transfer: You'll be picked up in one of our high-end official vehicles and comfortably transported to your luxury hotel so you can settle in and rest.
Your Stay: Surgery and Postoperative Care
During your stay, you will never be alone.
- Personal Accompaniment: Our interpreter and driver will take care of all your transfers (hotel-clinic, clinic-hotel).
- Meet Soraya in Person: At the clinic, you'll meet with Soraya, who, as promised, will be with you every step of the way, before and after your procedure, to give you the utmost peace of mind.
- Hospital and Hotel Stay: Depending on the package and treatment you choose, you will spend the necessary nights in the hospital and hotel, always with postoperative care and appropriate checkups to ensure your well-being.
Return Home and Continued Follow-up
Your relationship with us doesn't end when you board the plane home. A new phase of care and support begins.
- Return Transfer: On your return day, our team will pick you up at your hotel and escort you to the airport for your return flight to Spain.
