How do you use it?

FORTE Capsules: Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast.

LipoSolution: Dissolve one sachet in water and drink it at any time of day, preferably in the afternoon, to enhance fluid elimination and a feeling of lightness.

Remember not to take them together!
